Raymond Brooks

Raymond is a resident of Berkeley County, located in the Eastern Panhandle. 

He is a retired firefighter and paramedic.  Raymond is an advocate for the Arachnoiditis Society for Awareness and Prevention, Tennant Foundation, and Everylife Foundation.

Raymond was appointed to the WV Council on Rare Diseases by Governor Justice, where he is currently serving. 

Raymond enjoys spending time with his family, church, neighbors, and his friends.  His family's favorite places to travel are Tucker and Pocahontas Counties and West Virginia is Raymond's favorite state.
